I booked 5 rooms in Himalaya inn and 3 rooms here (The owner is same). Windows are broken, bathroom is not working, water is leaking in the bathroom, my old uncle and aunty managed very badly. They have to use adjacent bathroom. No geyser service. We have to bath in cold water.
