Wonderful family vacations Perfect location with an impressive food selection. The entire staff was incredibly hospitable and accommodating, making it an ideal choice for families. The entire atmosphere is very family-friendly, with something to please guests of all ages. The kitchen team went above and beyond to customize meals according to our preferences - Anjali and Anit were particularly grateful for the kid-friendly menu options.Front office girl and restaurant team did an excellent job maintaining our room's cleanliness during our entire stay. We'd like to extend our gratitude to Priya , Anjali chef Rajesh ,Darpan ,anit for their outstanding contributions to our comfortable stay and their wonderful interactions with our kid. Their attentiveness truly enhanced our family's experience. One area for improvement would be the room service timing. On occasion, it took up to an hour for orders to arrive, which could be inconvenient, especially for families with hungry children. Despite this minor issue, we would still highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, family-friendly environment, and strategic location. The positives far outweighed any negatives during our stay.

It's was an excellent stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. My wife especially loved the experience, which made it even more special for us. Visited Summit Sherpa mountain inn on March end. The location is very good as it is very near to Deolo park. The positive points of this hotel are the view from the rooms, welcoming staffs and good food. Point to note - the food prices are exorbitant, thus would suggest book with food options, breakfast and dinner packages. Overall a good stay and would recommend this place.

Service was somewhat good. But sometimes they were not answering the reception calls. They were under staffs I think. Ala carte food was far better than buffet. Last day buffet breakfast was very depressing. People who haven't had the opportunity to have buffet before, it's gd for them. They even sent peopl for tips till parking.

Rooms are well equipped. Everything is perfect except the room service. I called multiple times to the intercom system but they didn't respond a single time. The food we ordered was awesome. And the breakfast was remarkable. I would recommend the guests to avail the rooms with breakfast. The overall experience was good.

It was the best experience so far living in a hotel on the top of a hill. The facilities were top notch wether your living in the ground floor rooms or the penthouse at the top. The walls and ceilings so beautifully decorated amidst the Christmas crisp air gave a sense of coziness and took all of the home sickness away. The staff has been so caring and particular about any inconveniences and took utmost care of every single need.

Very good location with uninterrupted view of Teesta river valley and Kanchenjunga peak. Rooms are spacious (we stayed in 204) with balcony but the bathrooms need some renovation as the tiles are quite old fashioned and not in very good shape. The property is much smaller than Summit Barsana and some guests in rooms next to reception were smoking in the room, so the smell of smoke was felt at the reception area as well which we didn't appreciate. It's great value for money - we paid 3500 for 1 night for 2 adults and 1 child including breakfast and dinner. It's located just 2 minutes away from Delo Park and the paragliding starting point so that's another advantage. We had a good experience and recommend to families who are looking for a good hotel with limited facilities.

Excellent Location (2 to 3 mins walking from Deolo Park) with view. Service and Behaviour were really nice, friendly, assisting and respectful. Facilities were classy and fulfilled all requirements. View from our room was amazing, same from the kitchen rooftop. The property overall including rooms were clean, decorated, well maintained and properly taken care of. Quality of food was also very good. All the best and just keep up the great work!!!!
