I had a wonderful stay at the property.The room was spacious with a kanchanjanga view.Very neat and clean.The restaurant was homely. The staff was very humble and helpful. The food was tasty especially the Indian cuisine. The location was peaceful.Overall a wonderful stay in the property.

Had the worst experience as we booked the premium room and paid the amount for the same however we were provided with another room we paid extra for the normal room and when asked we were lied and manipulated as the normal room was the premium room . It was totally unfair and also the information given in the google is totally false Don't book it if you like the rooms online because once you go there they'll provide you with average looking room and with lots of damp walls and room stinks ,very poorly maintained and when asked for a refund we got none instead they tried convincing us that we should have booked it before also the staffs there are not trained and doesn't have proper information about anything .

We had the best stay. We took a Mountain View room. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. Service is very good. All the staff and owner were very helpful. Overall we had an awesome experience here.

Impeccable service, cozy rooms, and great amenities! A perfect stay!The room where i stayed was designed in such a way that the breathtaking Himalayan range could be seen from my bed .The hotel has a beautiful garden with beautiful flowers to clear our mood .The cook serviced us with our needs .Overall the hotel makes us feel home really home away from home

Excellent Rooms. Well made interiors. Spacious rooms. Spacious bathrooms. Good and fresh food - delicious bur.t with less choice of varieties. Polite staff. No AC rooms. But you will not require AC as the ambience is mostly pleasant except for few hours in summer - bit hot. Safe. But located a bit far from main town of Kalimpong. Overall our family enjoyed the stay and loved it

I had booked a premier room. I found the price of the room to be fair. The room was spacious, well decorated and clean. The owner was so friendly. My family and he had good conversations. The food served by the restaurant was fresh and extremely delicious. I craved for more and hence ended up ordering more food items. Additionally there was a Labrador named Buddy. He was so friendly. I spent most of my time playing with him. Overall I had an excellent time. I would surely come back and stay over here again.

Nice property at nice location near Delho Kalimpong . Maintenance is not upto the mark , damp walls , broken Lamp shades , fused lights , water leakage. Staffs are simple but untrained. Food quality is OK type.|We had booked for 2 nights but because of above mentioned reasons we checked out spending just 1 night.

Not a great place if somebody is looking for good service. We were welcomed by a power cut and the hotel could not start the generator even after multiple power cuts during the stay. It was a cold December night and this is the only hotel ( we stayed in 3 other hotels on this trip ) which charged extra to provide a room heater. The bathroom was very very small. Food options were limited like if you want to have an omelette for breakfast then other members also have to take the omelette and not the boiled egg. Bed was king size but there were 2 mattresses causing great discomfort while sleeping. These things are acceptable at a home stay but not at a hotel which claims to be a luxury or premium property. Only good part was the tasteful decoration of the rooms and hotel.
