Palash Boni Resort

Normally this might have merited 3 stars but there are so many better places to stay in & around Shantiniketan and the service here was so pathetic, that I thought 2 stars is fair. It is not that their service attitude is poor. They simply do not have the training or the common sense to provide efficient service.

Most pathetic resort. All the Google photos are a great lie. They were taken at the time of the inauguration of the resort. As in current form all the rooms are very dirty. Bed sheets contain hairs and dirts. Horrible!!!! No proper maintenance is done. No service. Furnitures are broken. Door locks are mostly broken in all rooms. No security at all. Food is bad. Very small rooms. Unhygienic bathrooms. No space inside or outside. All together, I'll not suggest this resort to anybody.

Very very unhygienic place. Bedsheets have period stains. All the furniturer are covered with dust. Tv unit is lacking the tv. There is no things like room service here. Staffs do not understand any language neither Hindi nor Bengali. They don't know how to serve food. They are pouring chutney along with daal. Foods are overpriced. Other than the location nothing is to like about this place.

Very good service, well maintained rooms, delicious food....there are some negative reviews, don't know why, however these comments are not matching with the current service. Most importantly the position...just awesome Overall good experience

Good location. But very poor and pathetic unprofessional service. Food quality is also very cheap and unhygienic. Seems that the property is not maintained properly. Not recommended at all.

Very bad experience. Dirty rooms and beds, low-quality food, delays in room services, unprofessional staff, unavailable facilities weak wifi signal, small parking area. Please avoid this hotel.

Horrible service... Foods are overpriced and not enough as per the price... Rooms are toilets are dirty...staff are unprofessional... Avoid this place if possible..

I had a good experience staying here with my family. Located at the most prime location of Shantiniketan, it is hardly 50 m away from the Sonajhuri haat. Service is excellent. There is scope of improvement in the room's condition. Food is delicious here.
