The hotel exterior was great... Good decoration from outside. The reception area was also great. The staff were well-behaved and cooperative. The thing is their room floor was not that clean. The bathroom water contains sand . The night in the room was mosquito loving. It was not a great experience but.... For 1 night, it can be managed,

Jhargram Holi trip with family is like a nightmare....! Hotel organised a holi party with 1glass sprite & 2 gujiya with live orchestra playing horibol!! Suppose to provide full lunch. Around 25 guest including 8 members from my family didn't get any lunch due to food shortage. Basic water or even morning tea is not provided! No housekeeping service also. No one is available at reception at any point of time. 8 staff are absolutely clueless to manage 52 rooms of total capacity. Horrible experience at Green View Resort Jhargram. In short a complete mis management with a bonus of worst behaviour from the Owner itself

Although a little far from the railway station, the location is perfect for nature lovers, the rooms are well maintained and the service and behaviour of staff is very good. The rooms do not have sufficient plug point which is a little inconvenient for family stay, for couples or friends it's okay. The food at the given price is really good, but not much variety. Overall a value for money resort and is worth staying. So me and my family is all agreed for a 4 star rating on google.

Good eye soothing clean Place to stay in budget. The only part where they can massively improve is the service timings apart from the room service/cleaning which also can be improved. Staff behaviour was never an issue during our stay. The watch tower on top of the main building is something to be explored but be cautious while coming down, not for the people having vertigo.

We have booked 5 rooms for our Holi Trip from 14th -16th March 2025 in this hotel. This is the most bogus hotel I have ever seen . just 3-4 days back before the booking they have informed that we have to avail Holi package Rs. 1000/- per head which includes special programme and only lunch for 14th March. we didn't have any option so we have avail it. They only provided a glass of cold dring and 2 pcs of GUJIA with a musical programme which no body liked. In the lunch a lot of guest didn't get adequate food as food was finished. we couldn't find any manager of concerned person whom we can raise our concern. No proper room service, No proper billing system. Not proper restaurant service . No swimming pool cleaning. Staffs are eating foods when guest are not getting their food after paying Rs. 1000/- per head. absolutely shocking scenario. Owner didn't bother to come and address the situation despite of his presence at that time. This hotel is actually is doing frauds with their guest. almost all the guests are doing complains in the reception regarding all the facilities which they deserve. This hotel doesn't have any proper electricity back up. frequent power cut are for more than 20-25 minutes is natural as we have experienced. Not recommended at all.

I have ever seen this kind of unprofessional hotel, no proper manager was there to serve us, food was high price, like a simple ROTI is Rs -15/- at Jhargram location & quality was very poor. There is no service person for room & restaurant, we have to take our food individually. Restaurant menu is not available & ver dirty place, we have to eat by their choice. During HOLI they have made compulsory package Rs 1000/- for lunch and cultural event, but not adequate food after 3pm, very poor cultural event. Also in the name of sweet they have given us GUGIYA. We have raising this issue to local Police station, but the Police personal also involved in this scamp, not getting any single response in 2 hours, we have to wait for the Police help, with children & family. Never recommend this hotel, the hotel management & owner is a big cheater.

Totally disgusting and horrible experience I experienced during last Holi Visit with Family. 7 to 8 times Power cut in a day. No one was there at reception to convey the problem. Everyone was running away from problem. Before 3 days of our journey I got a call from Hotel that we have to pay Rs 1000 per head for UNLIMITED BUFFET LUNCH and Cultural Programme. But surprisingly there was shortage of Food when we asked to repeat. Holi Cultural Programme was Pathetic. Swimming Pool was so dirty like a pond. Behaviour of the owner was very rude. Totally mismanagement which spoiled our stay experience over there. I will not recommend anyone to visit this property.

The most bogus holiday resort ever to be visited by anyone. The staff is inadequate and hotel restaurant is dirty and shabby.They do not have the facility of complete billing and you have to pay the accommodation bill and fooding bill separately. Bathrooms are not clean and water availability is bad. Ordered barbecue but restaurant staff straightway denied to acknowledge our order. Plus the resort owner's behaviour is very bad. There is complete mismanagement in this resort.
