SOBUJ THIKANA by Chlorofeel II Jungle Camp II JHARGRAM

Our stay was vey pleasant in spite of the summer burn. The calm amidst the jungle at night was the best experience. The food was tasty, they were also very kind to prepare food separately for my 1year old baby. Their service and behaviour was really pleasant.

A nice nature resort amidst a lot of greenery. Great for a getaway with friends, family or even solo. I went there with my parents, we loved the location, the hospitality of the staff, great local Bengali food and the overall relaxing environment. It's a little far from the town, so nothing much nearby. If you're someone who likes to explore, you should come with your own car. Else, you can reach by a toto from the Jhargram train station

Beautiful place to spend 1 or two nights if you want to enjoy pure jungle. Importantly rooms ,bed,bath all are maintained like a proper 3-4 star hotel. Enjoyed a Very pleasant stay.

Our family visit to SOBUJ THIKANA jungle camp was truly memorable! Nestled in serene nature, it offered something for everyone--my elderly parents, our toddler niece, and the rest of us enjoyed it equally. The location was serene, the food delicious, and the hospitality exceptional. Every moment was relaxing and rejuvenating, making it an ideal getaway for all. Highly recommended!

The place is excellent for relaxation. You can go with family, friends or as a couple. The ambience was soo good. You can experience new things. The food was also good, homely and tasty. The owner Shankar uncle's behaviour was amazing and very professional. The thing that we don't like is hospitality. We love to travel and always prefer serene locations. We select this property as I mentioned that was extremely good. Apart from us(2 people) there was a friends group of 5 people and a family group of 10 to 12 people. They told us they will provide lunch on 1 to 2:30 pm. We came at 2 pm and a group already have there lunch they told us to wait until they finish, we feel little occured as there was 1 table empty. We wait and got lunch after 2:30 pm, the food was delicious. At night they 2 to 3 times informed that they provide lunch by 10 pm. We were waiting inside the room they will call us as they arrange food in a dining hall. As no one called us so we went at 10:20 pm for dinner again same thing repeated. The family group had their dinner and occupied 2 tables and friends group occupied 1 table. Again they told us to wait until they finished. We felt left out. We were hungry and got food around 11 pm. I think these things should be manage by them as they took bookings and the property was fully booked so they should take care about all the guests. I thought they prioritize the big group and we were 2 people and booked for 1 day so we were not that much important. Except these everything was good.

It's just the right place to escape from the hustle bustle of the city life. The quietness will help you to hear the sounds of nature. The rooms and washrooms are very clean. The best part of the room was a bunk bed, much needed for a family with two kids. And I loved the small balcony facing the jungle, you can have some me time there with a cup of tea. Definitely I have to mention the food...very yummy. Overall it was such an awesome weekend experience.

simply wonderful! nestled admist forest, the setting is truly amazing the hosts are equally humble; with a limited resource and in a far way place, the service that we got is superb! no exaggeration here - it's a fact... from the manager to the cook and caretaker/ gardener, the warmth of everyone made our holiday worth it enjoyed a lot - and yes, played cricket too!!! will be back here for sure... Thanks to the owner family - you all have made our holiday memorable....

It's an offbeat destination and thoroughly cherished bounty of nature in the midst the of Saaal jungle. , just a few yards from Banstola station. Manager and staffs are cordial. Interiors are simple yet elegant
