It is a memorable trip. Food was tasty . Staff behaviour is also good. They are very attentive. Room was neat and clean. Washroom is clean. The premises is good. We faced a little problem with bathroom water but it was solved within few minutes. We enjoyed our stay.

Yesterday we were came to kolkata with lots of good memories. The entire hospitality management was top notch and each & every staff of yours were very much supportive. Last but not the least, the chef was too good as the kitchen team provided us such a simple delicacy in every meal. |Thank u so much for everything. |Looking forward to more such visits in your other destinations too.

Resorts & hotels of Orange petals are pathetically horrible. (1) Jhalda Rajbari near Purulia - they show photos of the Rajbari but rooms are outside the Rajbari badly built, looks more like servant quarters. From bedroom to bathroom, eating hall were all dirty (cobwebs) & pathetic condition with broken taps & dirty bathroom, broken lights, old torn bedsheet, stinky mattress but highly priced, not worthy. Very badly maintained Rajbari. Nothing grand to see inside. So don't be fooled. (2) Franchising other properties like NRS Hilton in Digha - except the ground floor, the entire hotel & inside rooms there were water droplets leakage & slippery to walk, the problem is the AC (hotels suggested to keep the AC temperature at the minimal all night) how can anyone stay in a chilled & damp room + a mushy smell due to moist fungal problems on the walls. It was a nightmare that the very next day we checked out of the hotel.

Great resort with great food and hospitality. Each and every staff was so well behaved. The entire property is so beautiful. It was a family trip , each family member has enjoyed a lot and we will visit here again. Thank you so much.

The experience in the resort was amazing throughout our trip. Our family was thrilled to stay in the resort. We received a warm welcome with drinks and the atmosphere was awesome with the people. Also the food was very tasty.

We came for our office annual picnic to this resort on 26 01.24 with 40 guest. The hospitality, room service , buffet arrangement everything was up to the mark .We even had small kids of 2-3 years,they cooked special food for them on request. Everything was good. Team Bharat oxytech Pvt Ltd

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff.All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous..It's a memorable family trip because I have birthday within the trip..after knowing that the director of the hotels Priti Ma'am was organised birthday party besides the pool, really thankful for her hospitality and warm behaviour. It was a lovely experience for us...Hope their big success in their journey ... Regards Tanima
