Masagram Country Resort

We had a family get together on 8 th Dec 24 . On advance booking arrangements were made to our entire satisfaction. Very helpful and polite staff. Rooms including the whole Property very well arranged. Rooms are quite spacious. Food was also good.

Food qwality and quantity was not good at all 5 rooms were booked but provided 1 room. Washrooms were not adequate and was not clean. Seats beside the swimming pool was dirty and broken.

What an unbelievable experience it was! Last Saturday I visited this place with my colleagues and we had an amazing experience there. The restaurant, the food, the outside view, the swimming pool, almost everything is near perfect. Thank you Masagram Country Resort for this wonderful hospitality and we'll surely visit this place again.

That's my second home the staff behaviour is too good . And i preferred the night shifts staff one lady staff and one men staff is too good

Kindly change your front desk manager Biswanath Mondal if you want to run the resort for long period of time. He is not fit for being in the service industry. Before we got to the property, I was having a conversation with him for a consolidated tariff plan for a day trip. He confirmed us a tariff and asked us to pay an advance before we reach the property for booking. We did that upon his request. We reached the property. And the first thing he asked was what time would we check out in the evening and also said, " We get it confirmed from our customers for the check out time during check in only, so that the customers don't do 'natak' later on." I suggested him that using such term for guests is utterly inappropriate, specially for those who are managing a hotel or resort. Then he flipped on the tariff he committed, as our head count became less due to personal reasons. Nonetheless we decided to still proceed but we wanted to see the property once, as the manager had already given us very negative vibes. To our surprise the swimming pool was full of strains and insects. We informed that to tha manger as well as pool was one important thing we wanted to enjoy. He started arguing instead of addressing the issue. Eventually, we decided to cancel our plan. Our day was ruined. Still not sure if we will get our refund for the advance.

Went for a family dinner. It's location very nice and ambience also very nice. Staff behaviour is good. Food quality wonderful but price is little bit higher. Otherwise it's a great place to spend time with your family. It's room also good..

Food was of low quality. No lift facility.Staff behaviour is poor.Not good for senior citizens.
