Excellent rooms as well as excellent service. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the modern amenities. The location is outside of the city's clumsiness. A dedicated staff will make you feel better with complementary breakfast.

I travel to Jalpaiguri often for work purpose, and I always choose to stay on this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is excellent. And most importantly, the staff are super courteous. Would definitely recommend for tourists and regular visitors.

Good hospitality, well maintained rooms, good room service. Food medium, have to be ordered 1 hour prior to dinner / lunch. Bar and off shop at the property.

Such an excellant infrastructure and ambience with facilities comparable to 3/4 star hotels with good staff ,remains underutilized. Need to make the property more visible for benefit of the tourists looking for a quite place and a location ideal for visiting various places of interest in close proximity such as Jalpesh shiva temple.

Great place to have luxurious stay. Great comfort... Relaxing atmosphere... Large space ... You will feel free after staying at a large room & comfortable bed... Food like home... which is great for health. Breakfast is awesome. You can also have morning or evening walk at the large compound Huge (safe) parking space with 5 bed driver's room. Large conference rooms available. Well maintained Bar with variety of liquor & food. Very good & honest behaviour of the stuffs & the manager is too good & have control at any problem. You will also get car facility for jungle safari. I frequently stay during my Jalpaiguri visit. I also would like to visit the place for a lunch or for having some drink.

I used to visit WBTDCL properties as when required. I never stay in hotels of West Bengal. Rooms, staffs. Quality of food all are excellent. Bathroom fittings, interior of rooms are very artistic. I visited abroad hotels (UK, Europe) , these properties can easily be compared with them. Particularly the management of Teesta Sundori at JALPAIGURI is excellent. He is very cooperative. Before coming I telephoned and asked him whether I can get a lunch with boroli fish . He did that. I'm very happy.

Food was horrible stay is nice....but don't eat in the restaurant they don't know Punjabi food the menu was so eloborated .but very bad quality
