They are utilising their Brand name and doing business. 1. Not Professional with their business practices. 2. They are not bother about the Business trends or customer requirement. 3. The Room rent is very high compared to the room condition and service what they offer. 4. Unethical practices applying on regular basis. 5. Actually they don't interested to do continue with this business. And people who have given good reviews, they are not the frequent traveler in other locations, or else they not aware about the meaning of giving reviews. Overall very bad experience to stay here. There are many other new property available with less price and better quality in Jalpaiguri.

The rooms are cozy and the location is fantastic if you love a quiet place. Their services earlier were fantastic but now has detorioted. Now we've to ask for all the complementary things from restaurant as well as from the reception itself. But the staff behavior is good, though they listen to your problem and perhaps they try to solve is but there is a huge lacking in Improving their service quality may be due to some internal issues or shortage staffs. Even they do not provide wifi from 10.30 pm to 10.30 am which can hamper your office work.

Hotel rooms are not upto the mark. Even In the super deluxe room AC remote not working and room is not comfortable as they have categorised. Staffs behaviour is too rude. Food is ok not so bad.

One of the big hotel(capacity wise) at Jalpaiguri,where I stayed for 1 night. Rooms are ok but management is not good.Some of the Wash room are not good(example room no 210 & 211).Geyser not working properly etc. etc. Food quality was good.Behavior of some of the staff were not well.

The rooms are well maintained and spacious. The staff are very well behaved. The food was delicious.

The Hotel staff were very kind to have let us check in the early hours of the morning. The rooms were very comfortable with wifi connectivity and the food was great. We made it a point to eat at the restaurant of the hotel as the hotel was very cozy. The rooms provided great view and were value for money.
