Must stay in this hotel one of the best hotel in jalpaiguri overall my experience is amazing,

Rooms are clean and cozy. And the staff's are very polite and friendly. Food is delicious. All that in a budget friendly package

Very very bad behaviour from the manager of the hotel He don't know how to talk with the guests. I think the management has brought him from the nearby forest, always busy with mobile. Service is also not up to the mark. Don't stay here, you will find some good hotels nearby

Nice hotel in our hometown. Me and my friends visit this place. Very nice and good room service. All room good inside decoration and very comfortable. Good and very helpful stuffs. Good food. It is very tasty. My reviews rating 5 stars.

Situated opposite to Merina nursing home. The hotel is 5 storeyed and has a lift facility. It also has a small restaurent with dining facility. The rooms are decent and the staff is friendly and responsive. The food is comparatively more pocket friendly and they serve at room. Full points on cleanliness and hygiene. The linens were clean and properly maintained. The hotel staff also helped to sort out any difficulties faced during the stay.

Very good location, excellent behaviour of staff, efficient housekeeping service. Loved everything about the hotel. The front rooms are great. Will definitely stay here again. Did not order much food from the hotel but Aloo paratha was good. Overall excellent stay!

Excellent spacious ac room at affordable price. Clean and tidy. Clean bathroom. Cupboard tv available. Room service excellent. Serves good food at cheap rate. Location was an issue for me.

Review after 7 day stay here,Room service is very bad. Too much time taking to delivery the order, food quality is ver bad and unhealthy. Broken wardrobe,TV not working, don't stay here, don't waste your money.
