We recently celebrated my parents' 35th anniversary at [Golden Tulip], and it turned out to be one of the most memorable evenings for our family. From the very beginning, the entire experience was flawless. The hotel management was incredibly supportive, ensuring that every little detail was taken care of with professionalism and a personal touch. The food was outstanding -- every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and praised by all our guests. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and quick to respond to any request, making sure that everyone felt comfortable and looked after throughout the evening. The hospitality truly stood out. There was a warmth and sincerity in the service that made us feel like we were celebrating in the home of close friends. The owners themselves were present and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, personally checking in with us several times during the event. The ambiance, service, and heartfelt hospitality created the perfect setting for my parents' special day. I would highly recommend Golden Tulip for any event -- they made it unforgettable for us, and I'm sure they will for you too.

Stayed Recently in this property. Their Ac super Deluxe is a good option for stay. Other rooms are very basic. Strangely their AC Deluxe Premium is located on the second floor which has no life and it looks like a bunker. Premium Rooms are very good, It is ideal for families to book both the rooms as you will not be comfortable staying as per their set up.

The food may be good, but the receptionist's attitude was terrible. The receptionist was incredibly unfriendly. Their behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I won't be returning. Hoping management addresses this issue as it significantly impacts the customer experience.

The hotel is located in the heart of the town of Jalpaiguri(Kadamtala bus station). A good quality restaurant is available to cater to you. Food quality is good , and a small gathering for Birthday party etc can be arranged here. Two rooms are road facing @Rs 1600/- per day for two persons

The receptionist seemed completely lost and overwhelmed, unable to answer simple questions. Their frustration manifested as rudeness. Clearly needs better training and customer service skills.

I visited here only for dinner. Lift available here. The food is very good. Clean environment.

There is a bad smell coming from the rooms, the hotel authorities should pay attention to the ventilation. The food and drinks are very good, I liked it.
