OYO Hotel Prasant Sagar

I came from Assam and my friend suggested this hotel to me so i prebooked it Stay for a night at this hotel was just Great and Amazing. The hotel staffs were so Friendly and Kind, as if i'm their own child or brother. The receptionist also told ne all about the rules and The check out times that i have to follow. The rooms were also neat and clean and Are Very comfortable. The bathrooms have two taps for Hot and cold water. I booked the hotel at 520 ruppes (Indian) from agoda So i got some discount and later after the tax and charge it cost me around Rs 600 (Rs 582 to be exact). The Hotel also has an attached Restaurant as well as cafe which are Suitable for Breakfast or Having a Cup of tea or meeting some friend. I'm reviewing this after my one night stay in the hotel(single room).They also offer rooms ranging from Double room to Deluxe rooms Which come on different price points. Around this hotel there are three ATMs (One is exactly at the opposite side, 2nd one is on the left side of the hotel after 1 or 2 shops and 3rd one is a Little bit far but at most times doesn't work).

This is the hotel that is out of your nightmare. You will not get any food on time. The place is sub standard and this place does not have any lift. The food is decent but the delay and laid back attitude of the staff is surely detrimental to the hotel. I will never ever come back to this hotel. I presume that the travel agents and the hotel are in collusion to earn a few extra bucks. Please avoid.

The hotel was great but I was dissatisfied with the Goibibo as the have booked with the hotel but when I reached the hotel with family on 04.11.2019 at 12.35 pm, check in was denied. As they said they don't accept online booking. When contacted the Goibibo representative they started forwarding my call and no proper response was from them. The hotelier said they have rooms available so with no alternative I booked my room on spot. Later when I insist with Goibibo representative to resolve my issue they again played the call forwarding game in frustration I demanded my complaint number they insist to provide me in mail but I asked for it on spot and got it at 4 pm. Then their team return call me to try to resolve my issue and insist on refund but on refusal they said they will provide alternate property but didn't. On the next day at 4 pm i.e after a good 24 hours they again insist on refund which was accepted by me with additional gotime money which was 500 in case of 2400 as they say 100 per hour. The case was closed but fully disappointed with with the Goibibo service. Hopefully next time neither me nor any other suffer like this.

Our booking is through travel agent....so rooms are pre set...the rooms are not up to the mark.... Bathrooms r not that clean... Non AC rooms have only caught n one table with one wooden almirah.... Not at all properly ventilated...and with just one fan n 3 of us in a triple bed room felt suffocated... Beds are well sized.... As we came through travel agency,who booked these rooms...we don't know the actual tariff... But as per my experience,it shouldn't be more than 300to400 RS per day.... Bhutan gate is about 7-10 mins walking distance... Don't take food from the hotel....as it is pretty costly... And foods are just okk...

Worst experience ever. OYO cancelled our booking and we weren't notified unless we reached the place. It was 11:30 PM when we reached here. The guard outside was drunk, continuously asking us to call the owner. When the owner finally did come outside, he just gave us the cold shoulder and went back inside. Didn't even care to check if there's another room available, leaving us stranded at night.

This hotel shows up in OYO and Goibibo from where we booked two rooms for our stay, after making payment, during Durga Pooja time. The hotel authorities denied us check-in once we reached there, saying they dont have tie up with online providers. Goibibo promptly refunded the cash, but in case you are travelling with family this could be a headache. On talking to the hotel authorities they admitted that they take bookings only through local trip agents. Unfortunately, i cannot comment on the hotel/ room quality since we were disallowed check-in... So, Alas!!!

Booked through oyo -costed 650rs for 3 person. Satisfied with the deal. Small rooms but with aprice at this cost.its worth it. Very close to Bhutan entry gate.
