Hotel Sheetal Residency - Hotel , Restaurant , Sweet Shop in Jaigaon

Nice hotel with appropriate location. Food is excellent but rooms are small 10x11 ft, but are clean and tidy. From the terrace the view is cool, if it's raining then one can enjoy the scene.

Excellent location for torist travelling Bhutan. All essential facility are provided for an overnight stay. Food services are excellent with typical pan Indian taste.

Stay at Hotel Sheetal at Jaigaon in WB from 03 April (evening ) to 04 Apr 25 ( morning) that is for a night was very unpleasant. Staff were very lethargic, non responsive, uncourteous, and at times irritating. Rooms were small with inadequate routine expendable items. Food was OK but service was not upto the mark. Person at reception was very rude and giving an impression of an obligation / favour doing to us. Not hospitable, and has no clearity while asking ID for entry. He has been harrassing us by asking documents one by one and not telling in one go. Overall very irritating behaviour in totality. No one picked up luggage upto room and similarly while vacating rooms , no one was concerned about the guests. We have to get our luggage out to the hotel and organise loading to the bus . One person of hotel who came to assist loading of luggage in the bus expected a heavy tip. Such poor attitude of the hotel staff speaks very low of the hotel and its management. Even on coming in to the hotel, there was lot of hesitation to offer a cup of tea as a welcome drink. It was indeed quite humiliating and embarrassment for us. Such attitude and behaviour was never expected from a hotel where a group of 28 senior citizens all were army veterans were booked for a night stay who had undergone very bad experience in totality. This feedback has been shared in true spirit and with the aim for further improvement in the system by management so that for other tourists do not suffer such agony. .

Nice environment, nice and clean restaurant luxury room next in the border of Bhutan. Also the staff behaviour is so good

This is my first time in this town and I got one of the best and 5 star hotel they do very great service ,nice and clean and cool air condition room, every rooms have comfortable space I recommend 5 star hotel!!

We came with our family n we have our lunch over here in Sheetal restaurant it was really awesome service la I really like this restaurant All staff are fantastic n they served satisfying serve laa Plz u all can visit this restaurant.... Thank u so much ur service

The best place to stay in the whole of Jaigoan. Staff service is very swift and they are well behaved and the food is very hygienic and tasty. Special mention for Sanu who manages everything so well. Good budget friendly stay.. will recommend to everyone
