We searched for a hotel on internet for Jaigaon as we planned our road trip to Royal Kingdom of Bhutan via Jaigaon. The hotel staff was quite courteous. They arranged for a cab at Bagdogra Airport where we landed. It took us to reach the hotel at around 7.45 p.m. as we started from Bagdogra at 3.30 p.m. ||||The room was spacious, clean and so was the hotel. What we liked the most was the hotel followed all the norms of reservation most religiously including clicking of image using webcam. This ensured security and safety of highest order.||||The room service was nice and we got a caretaker at the doorstep with a simple press on the bell. As we reached after a long journey, we were famished. We ordered for food and we must admit that after hot water shower, the hot food made our day.It was delicious and highly edible.||||Further, the hotel arranged for a cab to Thimpu, driver of which helped us in getting the simcard and other essential bits.||||It is truly a refreshing stay for anyone planning a road trip to Land of Thunder Dragon.

Its a very cheap hotel to stay in.. If any business executive visits jaigaon for business purpose and they are on a tight budget, then this place is absolutely fine.. If u are on a vacation, then avoid this property completely. (its not worth it) Its at a walking distance from bhutan gate amd bhutan immigration office..

Pleasant surprise to find a nice decent hotel near the border. The staff was extremely courteous and really helpful. They can help with the Bhutan permits as well. Oh, and reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

I checked in on a single room , costing 500 rupee per night . The room is small with a single bed . It's okay according to the price . They have Free wife but it makes so much problems while connecting . They have attached restaurant as well. You can order ahead they have room service . Staff is good . Manager is also cooperating . They have open parking outside . They don't have wheelchair acessibilities . There is a guard on gate at night . It's on the main town so always so crowded .

Budget hotel and staff is cooperative. Hotel is at main market and walking distance to Bhutan border. This is advantage of this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good to stay for one night.

I had stayed one night with my family at hotel Devi before going to Bhutan on May 2018.Hotel staff behaviour was good, best thing was I got free parking for three days for my peronal car. Food was also good.

Very good ambiance, staff are well behaved and gurantee of peace and security. The main fruits, vegetables and meat market is very near only 5 min of walk. Very good for its reputation ( good). Stay without any tension and feel secure.
