Good hotel beside New Bus Terminus in Islampur, West Bengal. All city centre attractions are within minutes. It has a lift but opens between floors which is very wired. Rooms are AC and moderately clean and hygine. Though needs to be more clean. Service is not upto the mark, must do more for minimum requests like water...

A tad bit costly vis-a-vis the services provided and the size of the room etc. The staff is friendly and location is centralized. Rooms are cleaned and bedsheets changed everyday. Good for stopover during trips or for official tour.

Facility & service was very good. I visited 1 month ago for 6 days. Take a note that fooding is not available. Breakfast is available. A.C. & Parking is available. I will rate 4/5.

Luxurious room... With a good cost in town

This is very good and nice hotel. Everyone should once try this hotel once. Hotel is very neat and clean. Hotel staffs are also friendly and nice and prices are also affordable for stay one or two days.

They are out of rooms most of the time. So its better to pre book a room if you really want to stay here. Both ac non ac and also dormatory rooms are available here. The rooms are on the costly side. Subham lodge is qually good and is also cheaper.

Decent hotel for a layover, offering clean rooms and outdoor parking. Downside being that the hotel does not have its own restaurant, so have to look around for food options.

Customer handling in call is very rude and not giving proper information so how can I stay here I'm requesting to manager kindly talk in call centre give information with respect thank you
