Dirtiest room in my life till now. Never stay here, no windows ,dirty linens and room and bathroom. Not possible to sleep

The room was comfortable, bed linen was clean and the cleanliness of the room was good. Washroom was clean and the amenities were good.

It was a pathetic experience which I had this time. I booked an AC room over phone but while reaching the destination the attendent confirmed that your booking has been done for Non AC room, later on calling customer care the problem got resolved. Other thing is that the condition of the room was looking so savy that one cannot even imagine if. The photo of the room which I had booked post checking the details in online vs the one which I had been offered is having hell and heaven difference. It was mere like a store room with no window ventilation. Moreover the staff was behaving very uncourteous and unprofessional. Even the AC of the room was not working properly. Rooms were dirty and unhygienic.

The room was pathetic. It feels like red light room. Very very dirty and worst service ever. Very unhygenic. And they have charged extra money 2 times for no reason. Really worst and pathetic experience. Worst and very very unhygenic room. Now a days oyo is getting worst and their is nothing called service. No words to describe the actual condition of the room. No cleanliness , bed sheet stain, floor was sticky and hairy. Washroom was more worst. Just worst experience.
