Sinjan residency

We booked 5 rooms where extra person has stayed per room and they charged accordingly. But the AC were not working from midnight, for extra person we talked about providing pillow ar simple bed cover and they agreed as they were charging for that, but they did not provided any of that. After check in they did not even allowed two guests just for 10 to 15 mins ever after so many request. They did not provide water when needed, in the morning, though we wrote in the papers during booking and countersigned by them that they would provide water as per requirements and will be paid during check out. Most annoying was their arrogant behavior! We were soft spoken and they took advantages of that. There was a non bengali guy and a bengal female receptionist who misbehaved with us. Mr. Avijit, who was present during booking was the most polite worker there, but, unfortunately on that day he was not there. However we were planning for booking rooms there in this year , but after experiencing this, we would never book rooms there again.

The management of the hotel is very appreciable. The staff is very respectful and polite. We enjoyed the delicious in-house food services. Overall, we loved our stay at the Sinjan Residency.
