Don't judge the hotel by its exterior--the rooms are quite neat and clean inside. Great care is taken to maintain cleanliness, and the bathroom is also very clean. The most important thing is, you won't find a better room than this in this budget. The host is also extremely friendly and well-mannered.

Behaviour and services are very good, the hotel owner himself helps in everything you need. Location is also quite good 10 min from howrah station. Rooms are a bit old in look but and that bad in this fare. Go for this, it's quite worth it.

Rooms are pathetic, no windows makes it claustrophobic and bathroom gets flooded with even 5 minute of shower. On the other hand Mr.Dey who is the caretaker was really very helpful and friendly. He even made omlettes and coffee. Don't believe the high reviews, the place is not worth it.

We experienced a horrible stay on 18th Nov. We stayed for one day just because the railway station was close. I will personally rate this hotel as the worst possible and give 1 point out of 10. 1) The room was allotted on 2nd floor with no lift. 2) The room was in extremely shabby condition and all 4 walls were very dirty. 3) There was no water in the washroom. Was told to share washroom with another guest staying in adjacent room. 4) Bed sheet and pillow covers were not clean. 5) Password for Wi-Fi was shared but not working. 6) There was no kitchen and hence no food available. Not even tea. 7) AC was there but remote was not working. 8) They supply water bottles with tap water which was very dangerous to drink. There is no plus point which I can say in favour of this hotel. My request to the people is to avoid staying in this hotel. They don't allow to cancel the reservation and refund the money. I booked my accommodation on the recommendation of MakeMyTrip.com showing impressive pictures on the website.

It a great Hotel Rathore Inn near Howrah Station at very affordable price and the behaviour of owner and staff is too good and location of the hotel is easily accessible, one can take sharing auto rickshaw merely at Rs 12 to hotel.
