Rooms so small Stair 2ft Gate lock disaster not working for many times

It is an excellent budget Hotel. The quality of the Food is awesome and is really cheap compared to the quality, they serve Bengali, north indian , chinese and moglai food. Very courteous staff and and prompt in service. The size of the room is ok but equipped with all necessary amenities.

Very dirty room, vibrating with a road vehicle, staff don't know how to talk with customers. Poor place for food, dirty pillow bed sheets n all room items.

The hotel is just beside the Kona Expressway. The rooms are cozy and offers lovely view across the Kona expressway. The Hotel is neat and clean, smiling staffs are very welcoming. At the ground floor it runs a lovely restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kachuris, Rolls, Biriyanis, Kebabs.....soooo delicious! In fact, one can choose to stay at Utsav Plaza just for the yummy food!

I was scheduled to board a train from santragchi station and stayed there for a day. First of all the location of this hotel is ideal since it is just opposite to the Santragachi Railway station and i was bowled over by the kind hospitality of each and every staff of this hotel.The establishment is very good,rooms are comfortable and a delicious restaurant in the ground floor. ||A budget hotel and overall a very good experience ..
