Nandini Guest House

We booked for 4 rooms and 3 were occupied by my guests and when I asked for the key of the 4th room, the receptionist told me all 4 were occupied. After a few more hours of convincing finally she gave the key to the fourth room. Feels like they were trying to cheat here. On another incident, when I had booked rooms for a few of my guests, they asked the guests to clear the food bill. It was very insulting for me when the guests mentioned the same. Never going to trust them to host my guests. Please stay away if you don't want to ruin your day.

Not at all professional in terms of service. They don't understand the concept of guest. We have arranged stays for few of our guests, at the end hotel staff is demanding money for food from the guest. Such an illiterate folks don't know who is paying the bill, that they are asking the guest to pay. Never ever going to recommend this place to anyone else.

Too poor. Very small room of approx. size not more than 4ft*10ft (including bathroom). Got Shocked by seeing the room compared to photos shown in reviews. Not professional. But costs as professionals.

Good guest house. Good people. For budget stays. But far away from main city . Guest house is in Shibpur near Nabanna ( office of Chief Minister)

Really nice place, best hospitality, staff were really good.... Overall nice experience must visit

1 star is for the staff behaviour ,the lady staff is really very very rude ,illmannered ,disrespectful this is the one of the worst hospitality i have ever faced or else the room is good and clean

very calm place, no other disturbance, Polite behavior. U can have coffee, snacks with ur close one

Not a pleasant place to stay in ... The lady there is very kadoos and rude... Everything is overpriced
