Rooms are good, clean. Staff are also courteous and prompt. Bathrooms have a funnily odd architecture, but neat and serve the purpose well! Location wise it's pretty good, though the lane it is in needs some walking (approximately 5-7 minutes walk to the main road). Taking four wheelers inside the lane (beside Lagaan restaurant) is a challenge so ensure to check first before getting your car inside. Ola/ Uber are readily available (of course depending on the drivers!). Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Staffs are highly professional, a complete renovation is needed and location wise it's ok. Food can be improved a bit. Rooms are spacious and staffs are very much supportive. Will love to increase the rating if renovation and ambience gets improved.

Staff behaviour is very good. Room was clean. Food is decent. Location is a bit inside. But they use Spring mattress instead of foam mattress. Due to spring mattress, it's very difficulty to sleep on the bed - pain in the back, bed making creaking noises.

Bathrooms are little unhygienic. Very small basins, will come under your hands. OK rooms. service not so fast. took 3 calls and 45 mins to deliver drinking water to the room.

Had a good time. No complaints about the rooms or service staffs. But the price of the food is a bit high. I ordered a biriyani of 160 rupees and the manager said Raita is free but while checking out in the morning I paid 50 rupees for the Raita. That hurts really. Ok thanks for reading with all the patience.

Good hotel and the staffs are also very friendly. Early checkin is chargeable. They have their own restaurant so outside food is not allowed. The quality of food is grt. The prices can reduce a bit . Only issue is that it is bit far from the main city hence getting OLA or RAPIDO is kinda headache. Local E riksha is available, though. Overall loved my stay experience...

Very good place with cordial staff at room service as well at the reception, also very cooperative towards providing response to requests always smiling staff, excellent food, and a very budget friendly place to stay, becoming the icing on the cake. Would love to stay at the same place, when visiting kolkata again. Thank you very much to all the staff and the management team

Their service is top notch. They treated me in a professional manner like a valued customer. Room quality is good for the price. The only issue is that it is hard to reach the hotel using google maps or uber.
