Hotel Royal Inn

Room was clean and hygiene. Washroom also neat & clean. Service was not that good. We had to carry our luggage Upto 2nd floor through stairs. We booked AC room but at the time of check in first they provide non-ac room after informing them they gave us AC room. No toiletries provided. No water bottle in the room, like basic amenities were missing. AC was working properly. Though it is nearby to Howrah station, location is not that good. At night you may feel unsafe. Most important thing even after giving ID at the time of check-in, they tell you to write basic details like fathers name, where are you coming from etc. what is the purpose of giving IDs if i need to mention them all again. Overall not a good option to choose.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Royal Inn. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The food was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Worst hotel ever. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour of the caretaker. They didn't pick up our call after reaching there. We had to carry our luggage by ourselves upto 2nd floor through stairs. They gave our room to other and forced us either to stay in a small room or cancel our reservation at 10:30 pm without any refund. Even we couldn't fit our luggage inside the room properly. At a moment we felt unsafe there. It was a total waste of money and trust. Never going there ever again.

DO NOT book this hotel if you are a foreigner travelling in India. We booked several weeks in advance and a few hours before we were due to check in we received a message through booking.com to say that the hotel could not accommodate foreigners!! We managed to book another hotel at short notice, but then they messaged booking.com to say we were a no show!! Maybe they thought they could get booking.com to pay them without having to provide the accommodation!!

I love this hotel , the place, the service all were fabulous you must visit this place once , twice, thrice , infinite times in your life
