Worst hotel you can ever stay, trust me it's an honest review, was charged 2600 for double bed AC room. The rooms are very unhygienic full of filth and dust , washrooms are the worst nightmare , broken commode , dirty floors etc etc. the staffs are unprofessional , there is a bar inside which is another nuisance till late night. The surrounding area of Howrah station as you all know is so dirty that kids are bound to get sick believe me. suggest all the travellers to try out hotels in Kolkata within 5-6 kms from station , there is no point to stay in close vicinity of station if you have a day transit time. You will get far better hotels at this price. It's a no no for a family stay.

I had told the receptionist I want room for next he did not book he said come next day room will be available when we came no rooms were there I wad with my family that also at night 11 their review also not good

Shameful to even call it a hotel. Most pathetic and unhygienic ever stay in this so called hotel. Rooms are shabby. Taps and plumbing leaking. Commode seat cover broken. Cleaning is nill. Need to call multiple times for room cleaning and bed linen change( used linen again spread on bed). Cats roaming aimlessly in corridor. Negligible room service. Intercom not working so cannot inform reception for anything. Receptionist are high n mighty. They are rude and non cooperative. Room tariff is high and staff always asking for tips. Wonder how this hotel is operating with the authorities not taking any action. It is as seedy as can be especially during the evening hours when the female dancers are roaming outside of the singing bar within the premises. Would advise especially family against visiting this seedy place. Not at all suitable for respectable visitors.There are better options around.

Had a disappointing experience with the staffs. Today (21 Jan 2024) visited 2 friends as guest. We had room service order but further we wanted to have some dinner. Room service order has limited menu. We ordered food from outside. When we called for plate the Room Service said they cannot provide for outside food order which was rude. Further the receptionist called me and started saying what am I doing there, how much time will I spend, also impolitely said to get out of room. Was not in mood to fight hence disconnected the call. Such people should be kicked out as staffs. Just bunch of hooligans.

10minutes walkable distance from Howrah station.Stayed one transit night with family. Old hotel with no good room service. Rooms are also not hygiene and washroom are also in poor condition. It's more or less good for bechalor person who want to stay as a transit halt and I strongly not recommend this hotel for a family.

Very old hotel, rate is afortable. Old style interior, floor is not well clean. Bathroom condition poor, glass of window is broken. They provide clean blanket and bedsheets. First floor is probablly bar. If you want to stay in emergency then it's ok, and good for location, just 10 minute walk from Howrah Junction.

2700 a night for AC rooms with pestering staffs and broken washrooms. The staff service was very bad with exceptionally rude receptionist. The beds were uncomfortable and plumbing was required with the sink sparing very little amount of water and the commode broken. I don't understand the pricing process they use when they provide with such bad quality facilities and services, then the staff has the audacity to ask for tips. The hotel is the worst so far. Find something else if possible.

Worst place to be broken bathroom, at a price of 2 star here we get no water noise making AC uncomfortable bed used blanket with previous guest dirty stuff and many more . If you don't want to live comfortably/with no stuff go there
