Grand inn Howrah

The worst hotel I have ever seen. No cleanliness. Not nice staff. not easy to find. They do not allow your visitors

I have been staying at Grand Inn for the past two years, primarily because of its convenient location and the excellent behavior of the staff. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. For the entire duration of my stay, the kitchen has not been operational, which forced me to rely on outside food.Recently, the hotel management suddenly enforced a new policy prohibiting outside food. This change was implemented without any prior notice, leaving me in a difficult situation as I had already purchased food from outside. To make matters worse, the owner informed me that they would not even provide plates or utensils for the food I had bought. It's important to note that the hotel staff have always been very good and accommodating. Unfortunately, this new policy and the lack of communication came directly from the owner, whose behavior has been inflexible and unaccommodating. The management's abrupt decision and lack of basic amenities, especially a non-functional kitchen, have significantly diminished the quality of my stay. I hope the hotel takes immediate steps to improve its facilities and communication with guests.

Recently the services of this hotel very poor, lack of staff I've not even get the food on time, comunication is very pathetic

I've visited 2 times. Good staff, very good and clean rooms and their food is out of the world quality and quantity is amazing and price is also very pocket friendly. And the location is also very quiet and good. A must visit Oyo.

Rooms were tidy. But the location is far from the main street. Service is great. They are very kind and gentle. I would not recommend this hotel for a single woman.

Budget friendly with good hospitality , super tasty food which served in room.
