Dev Guest House

I had a great experience in dev guest house. Although we arrived late at night but the staff was very cooperative, they guide us through the check in process swiftly for our convenience. The dormitory was also very neat and clean compared to other dormitory. The location was also a plus point.

I've stayed for one night in the dormitory and it was really a nice experience. The location is close to Howrah railway station, the rooms and washrooms are clean and well maintained. Thank you!

This Hotel is located at a walkable distance from the Howrah station. Rooms are good but some rooms are too congested Good thing is, it is located in a locality where transpotation is easy. The owner himself is very helpful. Will guide you about where to visit and all

Rooms are clean and within 2 km reach from hawrah railway station But rooms are too conjusted and small , you will keep the bags with difficulties. I stayed here 1 night.

I had a great stay at dev guest house. They have excellent rooms, the rooms were very clean and appropriately sized. It is located at a prime location I didn't had to stress out for transportation as everything was very accessible and the hotel environment was also very nice and family friendly. I will recommend everyone to check out this place.

Rating: 1/5 I had an awful experience with this hotel's cancellation and refund policy. I had to modify my booking well in advance of my stay, but despite giving them plenty of notice, they refused to offer any kind of refund or even a partial credit. Their policy is incredibly rigid and customer-unfriendly. What made it worse was the poor communication from the hotel staff. I reached out multiple times to explain my situation, but each time I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. They clearly have no interest in accommodating their customers or being flexible when circumstances change. I've stayed at many hotels and have never encountered such a lack of compassion or understanding. I will definitely not be booking here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if you value decent customer service and a fair cancellation policy. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else!
