Centaur Hotel

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. We were traveling from Assam and got charged extra per person without any prior notice -- even for a child over 10 years old, they demanded 500-1,000. We ended up paying 5,000 more than the cost of our three rooms combined. The staff constantly asked for tips, the bathroom lights flickered randomly with no proper switch, and the shower didn't work properly. The focus was more on fake luxury than basic comfort, and the staff's behavior was careless and disappointing. Overall, we felt completely misguided and overcharged -- definitely not recommended.

ROOM'S ARE SOME GOOD , SOME ARE NOT SO GOOD... SERVICE IS NOT SO GOOD... & BEHAVIOUR RECEPTION COUNTER S MEN IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH... HOTEL'S FIRST IMPRESSION IS IN RECEPTION AREA ... NEED COOL... BUT HERE'S , THERE ARE NOT SO IMPRESSIVE... NO LIGHT'S IT'S LOOKS LIKE SHADO...

Very bad service...no one answers properly at reception Nor anybody takes responsibility for guest service...humble request never stay or book this hotel

Rooms are Good but staffs ohohoho behaves like illiterate don't know how to talk with coustomer , talk rudely don't know any kind of manner. I won't recommend anyone to stay there.

The bathrooms were disgusting. This hotel is like labour quality. The staff is unproffessional. The manager is impolite and rude. Worst experience.

Room and washroom was not clean, pathetic service. Unnecessary and more than enough charges. Bed sheet was like a paper. So dirty and worst. Over all not to thinking to visit this hotel never ever in life... Hotel staff is only looking how to charge extra money... And they're behaviour is very rude ... They just need money.. never go here
