Great rooms. That extra secluded place for a third person with a full bed is just awesome. The bathroom is great. So is the balcony. Food is just heavenly. Keep it that way guys. Bang on NH16, it's a must stop for weary travelers. Do improve on your customer service though.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the outset, the staff demonstrated a lack of proper guest care, failing to communicate effectively and provide the level of service one would expect. It often felt as though they were more focused on overcharging guests rather than ensuring a pleasant stay. Infact I found dirty pillow cover 1st day after checkin.They didn't change the pillow conver also. They kept trying to charge extra money for small things, which was very disappointing. It felt like they were trying to fool people rather than provide good service. Even one star for food quality only. I will not recommend it to anyone.

I stayed at this hotel, and it was a disappointing experience. The staff didn't know how to treat guests, with poor communication and services. They only see customers from a business point of view and don't care about their comfort. They don't cooperate at all. Even one star is too much for this hotel. I do not recommend it.

Most most third class hotel. Location very bad Service also third class Rooms like a lodge No complementary provided All are very third class I personally visit in this hotel Never ever sin this type of poor quality hotel.

Avaria inn hotel room is very comfortable, clean and safe, really this uluberia and flushawar surrounding very high class hotel this only, ladies and children is safety, coffee House more variety foods available taste is so good , rooms are very clean and hygiene, this surrounding very best this only, staff behaviour is very good, very nice to I'm living time.

Staff behabehar is good , hotel room are well mentainence and also food are good. I am highly recommended to stayed here
