HOTEL M PLAZA

Never seen such a horrible hotel in my entire life....there was no wash basin in my room....no hot water in this cold climate... no bucket....the seat on western toilet is broken....the service is very poor... management is worst... in other words it's not worth to give even 1 star....PLEASE DON'T STAY

Chicken biriyani is good but quantity can be improved. Other foods are also nice. Service is average. Ambience and hyginic is up to the mark.

Service could've been a little bit faster but otherwise it's nearly perfect and neat.

The kitchen is not running properly, I had a bad experience with this restaurant. The ambience was good but the waiting time for the food was too pathetic.

STAYED AT HOTEL FOR MY OFFICIAL WORK IN PREVIOUS MONTH..FOOD QUALITY WAS GOOD AND MORE SUFFICIENT FOR A SINGLE PERSON..ALSO STUFF OF THE HOTELS WERE VERY GOOD BEHAVIOUR AND WELL MANNER..I SUGGEST TO MY FRIENDS ND COLLEGUE MUST VISIT HERE TO GET MORE EXPERIENCE..THANK YOU TO ALL STUFF AND MANAGEMENT...KEEP CONTINUE...

Poor service and arrogant staff, left food half way, The way Hotel management is comenting to review, happy hoteling.. You must be having cctv then check recordings and u will get the pictures clearly. You will never see me or my any known person to ur hotel in future, there are many better options like country roads & Soni o tel

Their hospitality is good. Staffs are very polite and also helpful. Room service & response time also prity. Rooms and toilets are clean and fresh. It was a nice experience there at the Hotel M Plaza.
