I encountered several issues during my stay that I feel need immediate attention: AC not working: The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, making the room uncomfortably warm. Room service is poor: The quality and efficiency of room service were below expectations, with delays and lack of attention to detail. Bed cover cleanliness: The bed cover was not cleaned properly, which was a major concern for hygiene. Management is poor: The overall management and responsiveness to issues were not satisfactory. There was no prompt resolution to the problems I encountered. Food quality: The food provided was not up to standard, lacking taste and variety. Bathroom water quality: The water in the bathroom seemed unhygienic and unpleasant to use, which raised significant concerns. Road transport service is poor: The transportation options provided for guests were limited and not reliable. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience for future guests. I look forward to your response.

Place is far off from city. The property has a large area but needs revamping. Mailtainence of the property is ok. Food is good. Kids friendly place. It also has a big swimming pool, and play area for kids. Parking is available. Overall good for destination celebration.

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked a deluxe room at a 3-star resort through Goibibo based on clean and attractive images. But the reality was shocking -- the property was old, poorly maintained, and the room was dirty with an unclean toilet. Mosquitoes filled the room at night, and there was no staff at reception to help. The security guard didn't understand me until I showed him a Google translation, and his only solution was giving me an agarbatti. Later, my room key stopped working, and I was locked out until someone opened the door through a window. Completely misleading listing and terrible service. Goibibo needs to verify their properties better.

The resort area is plenty, you will definitely get to explore in bits. Pools are clean too. The banquet area is huge, can accomodate lots of people. Overall a spacious resort with nice ambience.

Our recent office day out at this resort was extremely disappointing. Despite booking a month in advance, the event was poorly organized. The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, including a lack of basic amenities like seating. We were also subjected to excessive and unjustified charges, such as for a malfunctioning music system and even drinking water outside the restaurant. While the food was average, it was the only positive aspect of the experience. The management, particularly Manager Debjit Ghosh, failed to address our concerns and contributed to the overall negative impression.
