Excellent service & accommodation... Riya, Sayan, Pritam & Indrajit has been extremely cordial & helpful . Room service and other facilities are also great. Food quality is good as well. I will strongly recommend this resort for stay. We are very happy.

I was staying in one of the ground floor room...initially ac was not working after 1 night they gave me some another remote which was also not working properly. Lot of insects were there in room throughout my staying. And last incident that happened which made me to write this review was presence of snake or something like that in the ac vent. After that they changed my room but how can they give such room to guests.

Ambiance is quite good. It is a secured place . Staff and workers are always welcoming in nature. Food quality excellent and health friendly. Room rates are affordable. Area of the property is vast and good for walk. Overall experience and stay is awesome.

We had a nice weekend trip. Room and food quality was very good. Check in and check out process was seamless. Ample parking is available in the property. |Rahul and Bapan at the Zodiac restaurant was very helpful. Our kid enjoyed a lot in the swimming pool. The property is just a 45 min pleasant drive away from Kolkata CBD.

Very good soft spoken staff especially Rahul. He is doing night shift whole night. Such nice great services at 12 a.m. My room is 2223 in Zodiac Restaurant. He continuously works in the morning too. Such nice behaviour and felt like home. I want to visit again and I would like to obtain his services. Such nice service. Thank you to Miss Sushmita.
