Collection O 5164 Lake View Resort

Visited this place with some friends for a weekend in Feb 2019. While the rooms were clean and well maintained, the food needs to be seriously upgraded. Since there is not much to do in the resort good and tasty meals with proper service is a priority. The food is not good at all. The lunch menu was sparse. Not enough dishes in the buffet to choose from. This needs to be looked into. As it is so close to Kolkata it's a good destination if the food was good. And the staff in the dining room needs training to understand the customers.

Resort property exterior is very attractive, resort is having own pond, which is looking very beautiful from window view, but hotel rooms need lots of renovation work, kitchen is Located far from the room which is taking time to deliver food in the room, my room was not having intercom phone I had to use my own mobile to call for service. I am giving three star because of exterior ambience of room. Breakfast choice is also very less. Overall resort needs lots of improvement and renovation work.

I booked it through OYO .. i paid partial booking amount..it took us inside lake land country club.. inside they told me there is no lake view resort here .. and its a fraud done by Oyo .. theh said our was 3-4th case in one month .. dont book through OYO its total fraud "OYO total fraud

If u are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and do not have much time to take a long leave....this is the right place for a weekend outing. Not to far from Kolkata rests a peaceful place with beautiful and smart hospitality. Specially recommend Mr. Nirmal Sarkar who is always ready to extend his hands for making your stay and dining a memorable one.......I recommend this place strongly

Plz stay away from this property. ||Built over a large area years back. ||Extremely poor maintenance. The ground floor wash rooms are so dirty, you wouldn't like to step in. The drains are clogged with garbage. The floors and walls are having dirty patches all over.||The rooms - again quite large but without any maintenance whatsoever. The walls are damp, washroom dirty, A.C. without remote. The list goes on.||Plz stay away by all means.

not suggested to book, no hotel is there Worst experience.. there is no oyo in that premise.. Hotel booked, amount deducted but there is no oyo.. Total fraud

I went there with 3 frnds without any prior booking we haven't face any problems for that as the staffs and maneger are very helpfull to us ...the restaurant was awsm with delicious food.we enjoyed swimming pool also

visited it recently during a conference ,the place is big but there is not much activity to do, there is swimming pool,games room(open only for member), restaurant ,conference room .There is a big lawn in which outdoor games can be played.
