Chalantika Resort - Gadiara

"The rooms are modest, comparable to 2 or 3-star accommodations. The food is good, though the options are limited. However, the Bengali cuisine is excellent, with high-quality dishes. The service is satisfactory. While there is no intercom facility in the rooms, it wasn't much of an inconvenience. On the positive side, there is unlimited internet access."

Had awesome experience here for 1 night 2 days trip to gadiara. Rooms are big clean and Well maintained The best part is the food they served us starting from breakfast to dinner Holel manger is very helpful in every aspect and very polite and humble in his behaviour. we were total 27 people and the service we got was top notch. every person were very nice in behavior.The property is huge with enough area for children to play adults to gather and gossip, ample parking place, variety kind of rooms for every type of customer. Tip: Mutton, chicken 65, French fry in bengali style, chicken curry, Fool gobi, payesh, Loochi & aloor tarkari must visit apart from WBFDC resort

Great place to stay. Peaceful and calm nature. Waterbody view is great from room and specially from rooftop.

Not recommend for night stay. 1. The Bedsheets, quilt and pillow covers are not clean, when asked they said quilts are not washed regularly. This could leas to skin disease. 2. The location is good, but after 10 pm you cannot go outside and also their in-house lawn, as the gates are closed. 3. The food is good, but options are less. 4. There is no ventilation within the room, as well as in the washroom. 5. It is not well maintained.

Nice hotel at Gadiara. Located at the bank of the river Rupnarayan. Spacious room and car parking. The staff are nice. Well mannered. The food was tasty. Complimentary breakfast was also nice. They served us sweet mangos from their garden. But after 10pm you can't go outside the hotel or walk on the lawn. No ventilation system in the room and bathroom. Recommended this hotel with family.

We stayed at Chalantika Resort on 9-07-2022 with family and friends. It was a nice stay at room no 204 and 205 (both are river facing room on 3rd floor). Rooms were clean with attached balcony and clean bathroom in the budget category. Huge space of the property with open parking and swings for the kids. The pond of the resort adds an extra star. Hotel staffs are polite and responsible. Foods were tasty and of reasonable price. Complementary breakfast was also nice. They have also arranged food as per our instruction for my 3 years young daughter. As a whole it was a nice stay at Gadiara. It is suggested to pre-book the resort to get a bit price discount.

Its a budget hotel with nice rooms, however had issues with water leakage from AC in one room which was promptly attended to. The management and the attendants were courtious and helpful. Food is very good with very reasonable price and adequate quantity. Despite all the goods, the flush in all the 3 rooms we booked were not functioning properly,but its definitely repairable. Would recommend this to all for a nice short outimg over the weekends.
