JAL CHABI ECO RESORT

Location is painful to be honest. But the visiting is worth it due to their hospitality. Too many spiders, you can not really help since it is in the midst of nature. The rooms are clean except the spider problem. They give you a fridge to store food. They have luxury amenities with active internet connection. They will try their best to make your stay memorable in respect of food as well as service.

This stand alone resort was our destination for this year holi celebration, we have spent quality time here. All the managers and crews were so efficient and very active. We feel like we are at home. This property is actually only 2 hrs by road from our place. It will take less than 1.5 hr. from Biswa Bangla Gate. Mr. Sougata, one of the manager of this project was very much cooperative and understanding. Quality of food was delicious and the service guy named Raju was super responsible. Loved the service and facilities they have provided.

Had a wonderful two day stay at this beautiful resort recently. The resort is beautifully and tastefully laid out with water bodies on three sides. The area is very well maintained with nice flower beds, gazebos, and adequate open air seating. After dark, the place is beautifully lit up, creating a very pleasant ambience. The owner has really taken pains to do up and maintain this place. The rooms are nicely and comfortably done up with all necessary amenities and top-class fixtures. The rooms provide a very pleasant outside view. We were well looked after by very cheerful, well trained, motivated, and willing staff who went all out to make our stay memorable. The food was excellently prepared by the chef as per our preference, mostly with absolutely fresh fish available locally, which was a real treat. The most attractive item was the open-air jacuzzi, which was enjoyed by all of us. The icing on the cake was the adjacent lounge with steam bath. A few suggestions for consideration- 1. Some wheel chairs be provisioned for very aged guests. 2. A few ground floor rooms be provided with ramps for wheelchair. 3. Presently, in the bathrooms, plenty of cold water needs to be drained out every time before hot water starts coming. This results in considerable wastage of water and needs to be rectified.

Recently visited there with my wife and 1.5 year old child. The experience is great. It has been really memorable and smooth stay in the cottage. The view from the room includes a huge water body where you can see boat riding. Through the soundproof silo sliding windows, you can see the pool, the kids play area and everything around you. The decoration and amenities in the room is not less than a luxury city hotel. You will get enough walking space, room slippers, electric kettle, hair dryer, a wall mounted 52 inch Google powered TV, luxurious sofa and 24*7 available hot water and electricity. My kid really enjoyed his time in multiple mechanical rides tailored for them. They even prepared meal for my child without any charge. They are very friendly to all the kids and polite and supportive to the guests. The entire zone will embrace you with care and hospitality once you enter. Even my car tyre got punctured once I exit from their premises and their expert men just reached at the spot within 15 mins to fix it. Overall it is worth going next time!!

Very nice ECO friendly resort all rooms are very comfortable & luxurious. Food quality also too good.Room service & majority staffs behavior are too good including Manager Mr. Sougata Banerjee. Highly recommended for staying.

We enjoyed our holi trip this year at Jolchobi Eco Resort . It was a lovely experience. Mr. Sougata Banerjee was in a good communication with us from the very first ph call. He also guided us planning it right. We enjoyed a beautiful time with our family members. Thanks a lot guys.

Hotel is very good. Rooms are excellent. Ambience is too good. Food quality is pathetic. Worst food and service experienced ever. Couldn't even provide juice on 2nd day. The flush was not working on 2nd day neither the geyser. They have outside jacuzzi which is good.
