Sundarban Riverside holiday Resort

Location is nice, rooms are clean. Recommend to travel in group of 10 to 15 persons. Carry your essential medicines and some light food/ fruits. Food is good if you are a non vegetarian and like oily food.

This hotel is one of the worst, Expensive but no service available their. Their is no breakfast, no kitchen, no wifi facilities their. Staffs are very bad. Horrible behavior of staff including manager.very rude and miser. They don't want to clean your room when you ask and don't give packaged drinking water bottles every morning. Refused to give plates to eat something in room. No restaurant is there and you have to depend on food provided by tour operators. Room wasn't bad but service was very very BAD. If you want to visit sundarbans, please avoid this resort. In a word this is a very very bad hotel in sundarbans.

No one should book this hotel personally. If you want to go to this hotel only go with travel groups. No restaurant is there and you have to depend on food provided by tour operators. Rooms are quite good and overall scenic beauty is excellent

Rooms are good, bathrooms have modern fittings. TV is also there in the room. Each room has a balcony. Mosquito repellent was thoughtfully placed in the rooms. Since our meals were provided by the tourist agent's catering service, we didn't eat at the hotel restaurant.
