Hotel staff is very bad

I visited this hotel after 3 years, and trust me, in these three years, there has been a serious downgrade in the quality of food, basic services and amenities. No tea, or even warm water before 8:30am, ordered chicken do pyaza, received chicken masala with some raw onions sprinkled. I won't recommend even considering this restaurant for fooding or lodging. There are quite better guest houses in the city, consider those if you want good experience.

A good hotel just beside the NH-41 at Haldia. It is situated just beside the City Centre Bus Stop and the railway station " Bandar" is just 5 mins from the hotel. The staff, room service, food and condition of the rooms are good. The rooms are centrally air conditioned. It has a pool at the terrace. The food that the hotel serves is tasty. The dance bar under the hotel is good.

Average budget hotel at haldia. Rooms are good. Quality of staff and service is poor. Overpriced food in accordance to quality and quantity. It has 2 dance bars in 1st floor. Average dancers with loud sound.

It luks good outside...but there is where evrything ends... Enter and u will face the most Illiterate and Unprofessional Staff in India... They cant even take Orders properly...Place Incorrect orders.. No watersupply in restaurants...gave OUTDATED mineral water bottles... ACs dont work... Extensive food delivery time... Huge harassment for customers.. Please dont visit the restaurant here...

Cons! Made the online payment successfully through payu money but hotel site showed 'there is some problem'. I called them to refund the money but it has been 2 months n they have stopped responding. Payu money customer care confirmed that the amount is transferred.

Rooms are well n good. Bathroom services food everything is okay...best thing is employees are really polite... Im really happy with service.. Thank you!
