Hotel TR Palace

The photo which was provided had vast discrepancy with original room. Bathroom was very untidy. Bed sheets were torn and dirty. Service was worst ordered food at 5:30pm and food arrived at 7:58pm.Think twice before you book a room here.

It's not a star hotel but the rooms spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. It's very conveniently located on NH 41 so you can't miss this hotel. A budget hotel for travellers looking to spend their money on a comfortable stay.

This is a good hotel. The tariff is also pocket-friendly. The room, where I stayed, was precious. Food was provided in the room as room service. The food quality was good. However, I feel the hotel should pay more attention towards cleanliness of rooms especially the toilets.

Worst experience. Staff behaviour is utter unprofessional. Poor service. Unhiegenic towels & rooms.. Towels are dried in stair railings.. Damp rooms..TV & ACs don't operate properly. Rates are too much costly compared to quality. Never ever recommend to anyone.

Pathetic service Dirty rooms, bedsheets, pillow covers. Breakfast available after 9:30 am only

I booked a room in this hotel via 'oyo', and totally misguided by oyo, no body was there from oyo, thank to all the stafs and the management as they have helped us lots to hava a comfortable stay. Really nice Hotel, its quite clean, room is very good n clean, stafs are helpful even they are kind and mature enough to understand gusts condition, I stayed in this hotel for my cousin's Marriage function so we back around 2 am, n at this time also they wear very much active to attend us. Nice Stay.

Hotel was so good...you see neat and clean in everywhere in hotel..Hotel staff behaviour was also friendly...and the food was also good .
