Hotel Royal Harbour

Good location of hotel at manjushree crossing. Food quality is good with complimentary breakfast. One of the earlier hotels in haldia. I am going there since 2010. Good behaviour of staff.

I recently stayed in the hotel and it was absolutely a disaster.Being a female I felt very uncomfortable in this hotel.There was no female present in the hotel.The condition of the room was horrible with a stinky AC.The food was ok.There was lack of staff.There was a quarrel going on between staffs.The room is very average, with minimum amenities. It is a very old hotel with least maintenance.The lift does not work properly.The hotel ambience as I felt was unsafe for girls.The switches were not working properly which led to electricity spark in our room.The bathroom was not spacious.Extremely dirty rooms, curtains were unwashed since several months.We ordered ice cream in which the fruits used were canned long ago.Total wastage of money and not safe for girls.

Rooms are good but have no mobile charging points. Service is pretty well.

Royal Harbour is one of the oldest hotel of Haldia, situated at HP link road, Manjushree,bus stand, Haldia. It's one of the prestigious hotel in the town. It has lodging facility,as well as it's well equipped with Bar cum restaurant. It has also foreign liquor shop in the ground floor,left side of the entrance front. The foods that I have tried,were tasty. The price of the food is quite reasonable, for an example, biriyani within 200 or 250, chicken items (Indian) within 300 bucks... Beer price within 200 to 270 ... and the restaurant is neat and clean... So you guys can try as it's comparatively cheap...

One of the best budget hotel in haldia town. Great service, polite staff and helpful. Rooms are also clean.

I went there for a dinner along with my friend and his family. It is a nice place with dedicated parking. Although, the ambience was just okay, and the food they served was of average quality. I had a couple of beer and the biryani was too basic in taste, panner and malai kofta was good, and the garlic naan could be more thin and crispier. I would give 3 star for the food and 2 star for the ambience.
