Hotel Landmark Plaza

Hotel Landmark Plaza is a great place to stay, especially for travelers since it's conveniently located right on the highway. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable with all essential amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the food served at the in-house restaurant is tasty and hygienic--plus, there are often good combo offers. Despite being close to the road, it's peaceful inside and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a relaxing stopover or even a longer stay!

This must be a majestic hotel once. You feel the proud of the past entering here. Old wide hallways, an empty big swimming pool, maintained gardens, some thematic sculptures.... Feel like entering and old movies star hotel. Now it's just a hotel, half of the building empty, still the staff, the appearance everything have the blood of it's old majestic days, so is there character too. Anyway, felt worth of my payment there.

Very shabbily maintained. Very poor housekeeping and cleanliness. However, food was good.

Room is not good and not maintained. AC is working only at 17 dc no remote is available. TV is not working....no restaurants...Tarrif charges are very high compared to room facilities....No card payment available.... breakfast is available in the morning but after 8.30 AM.... wastage of money...

Problem with this hotel is that food is not present in this hotel. Location is extremely remote. Near by place for food etc is 3 km. Otherwise all good. Trust me 2 star is not less. One can't give more than 2 star to this hotel if someone regularly visits in other hotels

I had to stay for a night at this property, as i avoid night driving, and it felt like i had got into a cocktail of bate's motel n the overlook hotel from the shining. To let me in there was no gaurd at the gate, no one to check me in at the reception, which was pretty wierd cause i was getting into a hotel. After looking here n there the gaurd n the room service guys appeared. The Room service guy checked me in and took me along with him climbing the steps, while i started looking around. The surrounding was very quiet, given the time which is twilight, there should have been more hustle n bustle, but it wasn't to be, it was very quiet not something one expects in a hotel. The place looked deserted. The hotel is a vestige of its past, cause the property is big the common area is huge, its got a grand swimming pool ( which is empty), the rooms were deserted n as confirmed by the room service guy ( who i felt was all in 1) there were 2 or 3 guests staying. The property has 24 rooms, which means it was pretty deserted. I was getting the spooks given the desolate condition of the property. It was pretty quiet, the rooms were spacious but due to poor house keeping things werent in order. The bathroom was dusty,n lack of professionalism was visible in most aspects. I had dinner included in my package which allowed me a meal, therefore i ordered one and surprisingly it was decent. I wanted the night to pass n i wanted to flee at the break of dawn. After 10:30 the power started behaving the way it does at these kinda places, it went out flinging me into abyssmal darkness, Given the condition it was pretty scary thankfully it came back after 15 min. This continued several times n finally i culd find sleep for a few hours. early morning i escaped the ordeal. Those who find spooky places attractive, pay a visit. Those who r like me, stay away from this place !!!

This is a good property with huge infrastructure. However, it is not very well maintained. One of the possible reason could be lower occupancy .||I was astonished to see a huge swimming pool , a squash court, a full size badminton court. What a pleasure to have it in such a place. I wish they were a little better maintained .||The staff is very well trained, humble and always smiling. They are ready to provide you customized fresh food which is very much like home made.

Stayed for the weekend with a group of friends. Great location, good food and good service. Definitely recommend and revisit. Pool area well maintained. Good place to go for a break from Kolkata. Can visit the nearby river front, township and dock area( with permission)
