Hotel Balaji

Location is just way too good...it's nearby to ranichak bus stop & Bandar station... You have to just walk 5 min to these hotel from station . Rooms are clean and with reasonable price. And one thing I can say is ,it's safe for girls. Moreover all working people stay over there. Prices of food is little bit more . But it was tasty. Or else it's good. It's attached with banquet hall. We had a seminar in our college,and I had to stay here as reporting time was early in morning. Overall it was a good stay.

I have experienced very poor behaviour from the reception staff. They were shouting at me for being a little late to check out as I got stuck with a meeting with my boss. They were using very rough languages and were venting out their anger on me. Will never visit again. Won't recommend to anyone else either. You will find better hotels at more reasonable prices

So you think of the plight that customers have to face when they feel assured and they leave their home thinking that stay is confirmed and when they arrive "Balaji Continental" the story is all different. Rename your hotel name, u will get a lot of backlash. Do not misuse god's name for the cheating that you guys do.

Stayed here for 1 night. Location is not that great from communication perspective but offers great view of the port. Rooms are clean, Toilets up to the mark and the sheets and upholstery are also good. AC works. Since we had our own car, there was ample parking space and also took off the headache of commute. else you need to walk 5 mins to the Ranichak stop. The location is bang in the middle of Haldia township and Durgachak.||What we really liked was the food. Fresh and tasted really good. Had lunch and breakfast and both were worth the money. Good for short stays.

The food and services are good. The location is average. The room quality should have been better with respect to the price they are charging.

Situated in a bit outskirt of heart of city it offer all modern amenities. Rooms on inner fringes are suffocating, lacks fresh air and sunlight. Lights often broken. But prompt room service, fresh good quality breakfast n tea, meals did pacify my outrage. Bar section is a chief attraction for locals. Conference room, waiting lounge badly need renovation.

Good behaviour. Infrastructure is better. Rate is good. Peace full place .

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days on a business trip. I would recomend this hotel for a decent stay..the rooms are airconditioned averagely sized, well furnished with a wardrobe with a safe.lcd tv..comfortable and clean bed..a single seater sofa ..coffe table..dressing unit...the bathroom is neat and clean and average im size..hot and cold shower and hand shower available..towels clean..the hotel has a reataurant and a separate bar...the reception and staff is helpful...service is satisfactory...the hotel is situated near railway track so the rooms facing road may have noise issues but we did not face any trouble...
