The overall experience was amazing and room was neat and clean and food was very good

It is situated in a remote place which is accessable by auto from Chinsurah railway station or by private car.There is no locality in the vicinity of the resort and not even a shop.Gotu bazar is two kms away.The resort is mainly used for organizing conference.

Nice hotel cum resort for fun loving peoples. Bar, Disc, Swimming pool, restaurant, singing bar etc all under one roof. Nice place for hangouts. PS : Not suitable for family visit and below 18 yrs.

The rating of this hotel is manipulated if you are staying with family. Do not go by Google rating. I regret to share that my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The presence of a bar led to an atmosphere that wasn't family-friendly, and the behavior of some guests was far from decent. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, making it an unsuitable choice for a family stay. I felt the some of guests where accompanied by pros****te ( or they have dressed very inappropriately). Never stay in this hotel.

Rooms are good in quality. Bathrooms are also nice in shape smaller in size. Nice behavior of hous keeping always polite in nature. They have inner swimming pool. But not ready at the moment. Rate quite high. For one day stay it is good. Not for family. Foods are expensive too. Only negative point is its far from main road .Overall Nice.

I don't know who is giving 4/5 rating to this hotel, Waiter don't know how to attend guest, slow service Half of the menu is not available, asking for tips. Charge you 2100 for rooms which is not at all worth. Swimming room water is smelly, (Not for a decent crowd) People give 4-5 rating are their own people maybe.

I booked for a ring ceremony at this hotel and got a good deal. The most commendable thing about the place was the service. It was raining heavily that day, the gate keeper took the umbrella for each member to get off and get into the cars, waiter service was excellent and the way they treated each guest was commendable. Mr. Indranil (Manager) was very polite and gave us an awesome evening. Thank you Success Resort to make the day so memorable.

New hotel may be 3,4 years old. First thing rooms was small for 1500/. Toilet was too untidy. Slow service. Water flow had a problem. Cable connection was improper. Dirty towels. Had to call for a change. No chair inside the room. Has to ask. Dirty toilet. Smelly commode. Above all the reception person was wearing a shirt which was not washed for days, as if he has this one shirt only. But food quality was good and sufficient. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE TO STAY UNLESS THEY CHANGE STAFF. BUT AGAIN FOOD WAS NOT BAD.
