ANUSHKA GARDEN & RESORT

It was a mesmerising stay in an enchanting villa, Imperial Aqua Villa at Anushka Garden and Resort. Royal ambience, wonderful hospitality and excellent food made our experience unforgettable. Special mention to Alok who was in charge of service and did a wonderful job. Just one thing that we hope the Resort takes care of is, the swimming pools, both the public and the private one. Swimming pools ideally should have crystal clear water that one should be able to see the bottom tiles clearly which is the sign of top notch cleanliness. One star deducted for the swimming pool cleanliness only.

The atmosphere of the villa is so good. Pool's water is so clean. Foods are too good. Behaviour of the staffs are very polite & they are well mannered. Overall experience is great.

Ok kind of resort..50 km away from Calcutta, quick 1 hr drive. Rooms are spacious. Food mixed bag , too many restrictions on time..lunch available till 2.30 pm, 2.30 to 5 pm no service, starters available from 6 to 8 pm, dinner order till 9 pm, after 10 pm no service. Pool water was dark and open only from 12 to 7 pm..pool water was dark. One time visit if you don't have other options.

Not Happy with our stay as the behaviour of Staff is very rude and not up to the mark. Especially Chef of the restaurant as he is very rude and unskilled in his cooking skills. He lacks the knowledge of how to be hospitable to his guests . How to talk to guests and try to fullfill their small requests. He is very direct on your face for saying No to any of your requests. I don't recommend any one this resort as it spoils your Holiday mood. Even the Manager of the Resort is not ready to listen to your requests. So it is rather better to avoid booking this resort for your next holiday.

Service good, ambience perfect. Food asssm. Room specious. The resort is fully secured only under supervision of Mr Chakraborty. Visit again all staffs are very helpful.

It is indeed a fantastic place to visit. It was a fantastic refreshment for us. Best part was their hospitality and care. Food was fantastic. Must recommend. This whole resort is totally maintained by the old Man S.K Chakraborty.

Food quality and quantity is very good and price is responsible. Staff behaviour is good. Pool not clean.need pool side boy. Want a dinning table in the room.Mr .Sajal Chakraborty is A gentle person observieng the full resort and facilities of the guest. Come again with family...

Good food, ambience,pool, all members are very good but sajal babu is exceptional.villa visit next time. All good temple is like kedarnath.. impressive. Very impressive.
