Suranjana Resort - Sundarban

We had a wonderful experience in the resort... everything was excellent, the staying arrangements, the food, the staff, the site is on a very good location on the banks of Vidyadhari and Komod rivers. Location is very calm and serene, pollution free.. local people are very friendly Service is excellent, the hospitality of the staff is extraordinary, special mention to Nangtu and Suman.. Rooms are clean, with mineral water bottles, kettle, brushing kit etc.. not premium ones, though, still a good catch at this rate.. We've got a local dance performance too..especially for us.. It's a very good resort located at Sunderban. I have been living in this resort for last two days so my overall experience is that environment is awesome here. All the staffs of this hotel and resort are well trained and cooperative. But it's price is slightly higher as compared to other resort at same location...As far as food is concerned I am not fully satisfied with the food and their menu which they prepared. Swimming pool should be there because this is called resort...

We have already visited with a group of 16 people, I must say the service and hospitality is brilliant, not only the managers also the staff is very polite and kind. They really had trained them well and all are well mannered. They are ready to go extra mile to deliver the best possible solution. Thank you for such a pleasant stay and the lifetime experience. Very Nice resort. Employee over there and a very polite. Food taste is good. Always prefer 1st floor room of any block so that you can view the scenery. There is temple inside the campus between the river. Very very peaceful place; one side is surrounded by delta river and other side is farming land.

Good hotel. my husband visited this hotel 10years ago for his office trip so that this time we choose this hotel for our staying. I went there with a team of 40members. we booked 15rooms for our whole team. Good service, clean......

Can't wait to give compliment..Didn't expected so nice people in management. One thing I can never forget is their helpful & selfless behavior. I am very satisfied with their food. Cook makes quality food. We all played volleyball with the staff in evening. Those 3 days was really satisfying and peaceful.
