I have stayed at Sundarban Jungle Retreat several times, and it has always been a wonderful experience. This charming village eco-homestay is situated very close to the riverbank and near the Sudhanyakhali entry point, making it an ideal base for exploring the Sundarbans. The ambiance is truly amazing - peaceful, scenic, and perfectly in tune with nature. The staff are always warm, helpful, and attentive, and the service has consistently been excellent. It's a rare place where you can enjoy both comfort and the raw beauty of the jungle. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic and refreshing Sundarban retreat.

Nice place to stay couple of days when you're planning to visit Sundarban.

Nice location. Clean rooms and moderate service.

Those people are going Sundar ban for photography then this is the good place for stay. Less than one hour takes time for going main photography location at early morning. And Macro photographers can photography here at night. And distance to ghat from homestay, it takes couple of minutes.

Clean quiet place right next to the jetty. The rooms are specious and have two double beds. So two or four persons can share if required. Multiple plug points are provided so charging multiple phone/ camera batteries is possible. The bathrooms are clean but there is no geyser.The hot water is provided on request promptly. The food and tea is not included in the stay package. It was provided by our boat cook. The owner of the place was present and paying personal attention to all guests. Very good place in Sunderban.

Awesome place to stay, the manager is too friendly and approachable. The food was cooked in a homely manner and was too tasty. The resort is mainly broken into cottages with 2 double beds and an amazing clean up to date toilet.

I am a wildlife photographer from Bangalore stayed Here for 6 nights never experienced such good service in such remote places amazing people and great food Will definitely be here again

Simple stay with basic amenities. In few rooms there was AC problem, but they took care of it. In most cases of Sundarban travel, boat, stay and food are booked as packages.
