But the river cruise is bliss and even more bliss if you can spot the wild life. We spotted wild boar, spotted deer. crocodile and a host of fully plumed multi coloured birds. the walk around the village was most educative and refreshing to see that most have access to modern amenities like TV. electricity is mainly thru solar panels fitted on top of each hut and the villagers are simple, humble, lovely smiling beings. they touched my heart. Place to go again.....and again.

Great budget place to visit the Sundarbans. Remote and quiet. Simple and tasty food. Right on the riverbank. Simple and tasty food. Be prepared for roosters crowing at the break of dawn. I loved the host, the bonfires, whiling away on a steamer enjoying the sights and sounds of the place. Rohit our host arranged for a small rowboat and we entered the creeks on the island. We stayed till the moon shone bright. Eerie and amazing experience.

Been to tigerland cottage on 8th and 9th. Simple yet beautiful and very calm. Good people appointed to take care of your travel/food requirements. Managed the 2 day trip effectively. Kudos and keep it up

Our family loved the place to the core. We had an awesome experience, natural beauty, greenery, serene place, everything is so natural. The rooms are cozy and cold yet hygiene is maintained. And hats off to the staff. Overall lovely experience.
