Local ID ACCEPTABLE?, AND UNMARRIED COUPLE

Worst hotel service. Our stay was for 7 days. Instead of calling several times ,they didn't clean the room in 7 days and made excuses. TV was not working. Bathroom was terribly messed.No food service. Intercom was not working. After requesting several times clean bed covers was were not provided. There was no mosquito repellent liquid. I want to give - 0 star but there is no option in Google review so I am giving 1 star for this hotel 'Friends residency.'

Very bad experience. Drinking water, bathroom soap,towel not provided. Horrible! From main road 500m distance. There is no tea stall nearby. BED TEA IS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL. The person who is sitting in reception,on call he is coming. Intercom is not working. NOT RECOMMENDED.

This is a Budget Hotel at Balurghat located near Bus Stand. Two years ago every thing was good & new but now found that they have compromised with maintenance. However, good for one or two night staying. Food is supplied from outside on order basis. Tariff is reasonable.

Excellent ambiance... Feel luxury.... Room very much cleaned and hygienic. Room service is excellent. Safety and security is too good. The owner Animesh Panchanan is a excellent person.

The place is clean. Rates r very reasonable. Free toileteries (toothpaste, toothbrush, a bar of soap and a comb) n complementary Bengali newspaper and breakfast. Rooms are fairly large n comfortable. Food served tasty n hot. But food quality has scope of improvement. Overall a good value for money. Strongly recommended for visitors to Balurghat for a pleasant stay. Since located a bit away from the main road it's quiet too! However very close to the State bus stand as well. Considering the limited accommodation options in Balurghat town, this would be an awesome bet!

It is situated near town club field .It is also provided for Marriage and Reception ceremony purpose.Various shops are available in the same building.It is 5 mins walking distance from Public and Government Bus stand.Room are also good.Few AC Rooms are also available. Non AC Rooms are also quite standard.

Overall worst experience, the toilets are very dirty and not maintained, the overhead water storage trank not cleaned for longtime, water is stinking. Had booked ten rooms but were not serviced adequately.
