The Kaizer Valley Hotel

We visited Kaizer Valley in Kurseong recently with family and friends. We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. The amenities, the courteous staff and the services were excellent. Would love to visit again.

I recently had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Kaizer Valley Hotel in Kurseong. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the experience warm and pleasant. The food was delicious, with a variety of flavors that left a lasting impression. The hotel provides a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a short getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kurseong!

Hotel Kaizer valley is excellent hotel at Kurseong. Just 90 min drive from NJP station and airport. manager Abhra and Staff Aditya are very cooperative and always were for service. A great stay with delicious food and great ambience with great view of valley from all rooms of the hotel

Located on Gidda Pahar, about 600 meters away from Kurseong Railway Station the hotel offers a panoramic view of the hills as well as the Siliguri town. One may sit at the window of the hotel room and enjoy the scenic beauty all day. Food and service is reasonably good but not excellent. The staff are cordial, helpful and dedicated. The Netaji Museum and Gidda View Point are close by.

Located at main road side near st. Augustine school. Nice view of valley from hotel room. Rooms are okay. Food is costly and amount is less compared to cost. Visited in the last week of May. They don't have fan but during daytime it's a little hot and fan required. Service need some improvement. They took almost 1hr to prepare the food bill. Overall it is okey to stay for 1night.

This is one of the best hotel you will find in Kurseong. What makes the hotel more beautiful is the people who gives us service with a smile always. I booked a valley suite for 2500 per night and mandatory breakfast for 2 people including gst. For extra person they charge 500 per head and no breakfast available for the extra person. Try to book the rooms beforehand through Prayash sherpa who looks after the Operations of this hotel. This hotel is present a bit further from the commotion of the town of Kurseong and offers a serene environment around. They offer a large variety of food in their restaurant and you can book your food or snacks by calling their reception. You can have snacks and view the night lights of kurseong from the common room present in the lower floors sipping coffee and munching pakodas. The valley suite is the preferred room for superstar Mithun Chakraborty as well. The staffs are very sweet people and well behaved. The washroom is clean and service is also very good. Sometimes they are late but they make up with their sweet and amicable behaviour and it is understandable because of heavy workload during peak seasons. This is the go to place for me while visiting Kurseong. The view from the hotel room is spellbinding. Also Gidda Pahar view point is just walking distance from this hotel. Highly recommended for any tourist looking for a clean and perfect hotel at a very reasonable price. I am going to stay here again the next time I am visiting Kurseong. Loved this place so much.

Most worst hotel ever contacted. They treat as people came in the hotel to take free services. Very bad behaviour of the manager as well as the owner. if you want to ruin your trip and want to insult yourself then you are at the right place.

Location of the hotel is slightly away from the town making it more quaint and peaceful. Absolutely noise free and best for those who would like to relax . Hotel is clean although its amenities may not meet the expectation of 4 or 5 star hotel however it is in proportion to its charges. Restricted hours in the restaurant with limited menu compensated by the view from the window overlooking the hills. I would surely visit again. My second visit was disappointing. I reached late. There was very little cooperation from the hotel staff. In fact person on the phone threatened that my entry would be refused if I reach later than 10pm and blamed why I did not come in a private taxi. Management need pay more attention to the staff behaviour.
