Amazing Experience with Great Food and Beautiful Ambience! I recently visited Ritabani Resort, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The food was outstanding, with delicious flavors and perfect presentation. The whole environment was very family-friendly, making it a great place to relax and enjoy quality time. This is a beautiful resort in the outskirts of Kolkata, a drive of one hour max from the city. One can spend good time with family and friends, not quite expensive for staycation. They have two adjacent properties and both are good. The flooding was excellent, the lunch was widespread and delicious. One plus point of the resort is that they have an outdoor jacuzzi and we fully enjoyed that. They have food package which is separate from room charges. My experience here was tranquil, soothing and charming.

The place is nice. Well behaved staff, really polite and helpful. Food was excellent. Top- notch quality food with proper quantity. 10/10 for food. However, the only thing that needs to be improved is room condition. Washroom was a bit smelly. Experience regarding rooms could have been better.

We had very good experience here. Nice and clean rooms. Very well maintained property. Food taste and portion were very good and generous. The service was too good and most importantly with a smile. This is a pet friendly resort and thanks for the warm welcome Max (our dog) got here. They are expanding and we have promised to visit here again. Thanks once again Dibyo and team for making our day memorable.

A recommended resort for a day out and a night stay. Very cordial and cooperative staff members and excellent food quality with enough quantity to be served. Rooms are good but require regular maintenance , specially washrooms, which was the only concern observed after our night stay.

Recently I have stayed in this resort with my family & my elerderly parents in two tree house rooms namely Nilantar and Samagom. Rooms were fairly decent and food was good however I would like to highlight couple of shortcomings which needs to be mentioned which I have faced. 1. AC in the rooms were not working properly. 2. Water wasn't coming adequately in one room and any bathrooms are not equipped with any kind of ventilation. 3. Refrigerator was getting heated. 4. Some of the lights were not functional. 5. One of the room had a simple iron bed. Which wasn't comfortable at all. Even the extra bed was a very ordinary iron bed. 6. No security guard found in the premises during night time. 7. The staffs behaved quite rudely during their service. 8. Breakfast times are generally starts arround 9:30 am which is very late in this resort. As a result of this we simply cheked out without having breakfast. 9. We had ordered lunch 12 hours ahead but they failed to deliver food timely. What was surprising that they had to reheat all the food once again as those were already cold. The same thing happed on tea. It served completely cold. The service has deeply affcted due to improper staff behavior and lack of proper kichen facility.

A good experience. Absolutely a place for a family trip. It's pet friendly. Staffs are wonderful. Food is superb. Good natural view and fresh air and loads of greenery. It's a Bengali themed resort. Bed was comfortable. AC, geyser, TV, sofa, room service all available. We only feedback - Please check the mosquito repeller and fridge of Somagom.
