Summit Bougainvillea Tea Resort

We stayed here on 23rd march.|Our premium room was very well decorated / done as per our taste and there was a personalised note as well to welcome us. Although our room was on the fourth floor , the staff helped in carrying our heavy luggage and also provided dinner for the night in our room. Overall a pleasant stay with magnificent views around the hotel. The best part was that they also packed us breakfast for our journey to the airport

Great place to unwind in a tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious with private balconies. The staff is polite and courteous. The roof top cafe is well maintained and is an ideal place to enjoy your meal while soaking up the beauty of the surrounding hills.

Such a beautiful places and peaceful area, we definitely recommend to everyone come to visit once food is delicious and staff is friendly,helpful Rooms views is excellent. I remember that boy Mr. Ritesh(front office )thanks to him who is nice with everyone he feels more comfortable our stay.

The hotel had beautiful decor and a cozy vibe. Breakfast options were delicious and varied. Wi-Fi was strong, but the A/C was a bit noisy. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Overpriced. Should be reduced. Free brkfast n dinner at least should be included. Good staffs. Rooms r good but small. Little bit attention to be paid to the washrooms. Wall hanger must be fitted for clothes..

Nice n clean place.... Away from noise n crowd... Just to relax.. Nothing else nearby.. Rooms n bath are small... Even the balcony is tiny one just for a person.... No cupboard..... SUITE IS THE BEST..... HUGE ONE WITH HUGE BALCONY TOO.... if there is any party..... They wouldn't let you sleep.... Whole night loud music till early morning...

This hotel was booked my my tour agent Falaxy Tours and Treks in Gangtok. We reached the hotel around 6 pm and it was bathed in soft light and looked so peaceful. Hotel staff was quick to come out and help with luggage. The gate was closed when we came which was reassuring in terms of safety and security.|Our room is an average size with four poster bed. It was clean and well organised . Things like tissue box shows it's not just a petty hotel. Karam Cheetrui checked us in promptly and showies us the place giving a personal touch to our memorable experience.|He personally spoke to our travel agent when pur flight got cancelled and helped us navigate through our distress .|Food is immbecable. There is five course dinner plan one can choose from which is the first I have seen in this India tour. Food was delicious and delivered freshly to our room with foil covers.|All ammenities are in the room including tea making services, heater, and hot water.|Linen we used was clean and the bed was well made.|For our 4 am departure Karam organised a packed breakfast made of fresh fruits, sandwiches , hard boiled eggs and fruit juice.This was the kindest thing one has done for us in India.|Beautiful place on route to Siliguri. I really wished I stayed here longer so I. Old enjoy the mountains village experience and the services of a brilliant host. Thank you Karan and your wonderful team.

I want to express my gratitude to hotel and staff members. Place is having majestic view of tea garden and hill. I want to mention about staffs, especially Ritesh. They are very dutiful and cooperative. A must visit property. I wish them best of luck.
