KRISH VILLA HOTEL & RESORTS

This is a new property located within the Salboni. They have all amenities and the rooms are neat and clean and are very well maintained. Car parking is available. Food and service needs to be taken care. They provide complementary breakfast however the options were not good. Fruit juice was just prepared mixing maaza and plain water. Apart from breakfast items every other things and facilities were outstanding.

The property is new and is in an excellent location within the woods. The facilities and amenities are upto the standard. The rooms are quite good. Wheelchair is available at the property. All your calls are answered. The service and food needs much improvement. You need to wait for long for the service to be offered, be it a cup of tea or carrying the luggage.

Property is very good. Decorated garden. Big Rooms and bathrooms. You can rate the property 8 out of 10. However food is horribly bad. Each and every food served broke our expectation like anything. I would rate 1 out of 10 for food. Staff and their service is also not upto the mark. Lack od mannerism. You order some thing for room service they will invariably forget to serve it . Rooms are not cleaned untill and unless you keep on pressing them. I would rate the staff & service 3 out of 10. They charged hefty amount of money 3500 Rs per person for clebration of Dol Utsav (Holi), promised for evening program and delicious food but there was no cultural proram organised. Food served was not at all good. TV is there but they do not pay TV bills thats why no channel is aavilable to view.

I went to this hotel and the environment was so amazing. The food quality, the rooms, the behaviour of the staff everything was top notch. The most beautiful part was the environment and the great view that the hotel has to offer. This is a must try hotel for everyone. My experience was amazing.

Excellent location. New and good property. Ample open space and option for outdoor activities. Service staff are good & well mannered. Only insufficient Service staff. Which need to be improved.

This is a new , clean , nice property nestled in the forest. The garden adds to the beauty. The rooms are big with balcony & clean. The bathrooms are big but somehow it needs rearrangement of the showers and taps with respect to the drain and the bathtub. Food is good & service is prompt.
